Emerging Leaders

LAW’s new Emerging Leaders program is designed to help member firms continue their presence in LAW by involving new generations of attorneys in their firms, to prompt the members firms and this association to think about what it takes for individuals to become drawn to leadership roles, both within the member firms and in LAW. These “Emerging Leaders” are the future of our practices, and they are the future of LAW. Involving these new emerging leaders allows us to learn from them to guarantee sustainability and to meet our members’ needs for years to come.
