Firm Overview
AKSET was founded in 2010 with the intention of synthesizing international standard legal services and local expertise. Each of the founders had studied or worked abroad, so they were uniquely suited to provide foreign and domestic clients both an inward and an outward view on investing and operating in Indonesia.
From a small group of four partners and two associates in 2010, to a team of 37 lawyers in 2018, AKSET’s growth has exceeded even our own expectations. We continue to grow because we deliver satisfaction – clients trust us, and they trust our work.
While AKSET lawyers are recognized internationally for their work in the resources sector, we have a solid track record in all the corporate practice areas, from finance, to employment, to settling disputes.
