For over 140 years, Jones Waldo has worked with clients that have enriched the economic, social and cultural climate in Utah. They were there for the transition of Walker Bank to Western Bancorp to First Interstate Bank. Then again, as Wells Fargo took the reins. Locally, they have represented Ballet West, the Utah Food Bank, Utah Symphony/Opera and many other nonprofit organizations. The Salt Lake Tribune has been a client for many years; we were also privileged, to have had former three-term governor Calvin L. Rampton with us from 1976 to 2007.
As one of Utah’s most prestigious and pioneering law firms, Jones Waldo’s team has grown great leaders of Utah’s legal profession. Consisting currently of 70 attorneys who are passionate about the law and servicing their clients. They are dynamic members of their communities and stalwart contributors to the legal profession. In addition, although, many Jones Waldo attorneys have spent or will spend the majority of their careers with the firm, those who have moved on have usually done so to serve the public in important ways. Jones Waldo alumni include legislators, judges, political strategists, academicians and successful business leaders.
